Hi Team,

First of all thanks to everyone's hard work to help Cyborg becoming the new
official project. As part of the recognition I want to nominate zhuli as a
new core reviewer.

As well known to the current team, zhuli was responsible for the whole
api/db module code implementation in Pike, and he has made solid
contributions to the testing aspect [0]. His stats could be found here [1]
and ranking among the team could be found here[2].

If you have any concerns against this nomination, please feedback to this
