[openstack-dev] [murano] Meeting time

I've introduced a patch [0] for updating the Murano meeting time. But the meeting time proposed will have to be adjusted to account for vastly different time zones: America and Asia for example. 

Tentatively ~UTC 12:00 pm might be feasible, but more feedback is needed to make a better update to the meeting time.
