Greetings OpenStack community,

Today was a relatively short meeting with most the time being devoted to
a discussion of Monty Taylor's document chain regarding using the
service catalog for version discovery[4]. The group was largely in
agreement that work is proceeding well and with a few more minor tweaks
should be ready for freeze.

We also discussed a plan[5] to create a new mailing list targetted at
users, developers, and operators who consume the OpenStack APIs and have
a higher degree of interest in helping to shape them from an SDK
perspective. This was welcomed as a "good thing"(TM), and everyone seemd
to agree that having a space for people to discuss SDK and API related
issues specifically is a nice step forward.

Finally, we had a small side-track discussing Sean Dague's progress[6]
on the global request ID implementation efforts. This seems like great
work that will help improve the state of tracking and monitoring within
OpenStack.
