Yes, at least for glance that is part of the issue, the dropping of the
http_method_probably_has_body check.

That doesn't appear to be a bug in webob from what I can see in the issue
307 discussion, just a change of behavior that various projects need to
adapt to if they're going to support webob 1.7.x.
