Open Stack

With the release targeted for 5 weeks out -
https://releases.openstack.org/ I agree with Ian that this is a
distraction at this point.

It should be a Pike priority, but I think chasing and validating this
for Ocata is the wrong call, as it is likely to impact a bunch of projects.
