Hi Yasemin,

You can try following to check logs:-

1) Stop the magnum-api and magnum-conductor process using service commands or use kill -9.

2) Try running magnum-api and magnum-conductor process on console. For this on bash shell from root account just do:
# magnum-api
# magnum-conductor
>From their you can see the ERROR if any.

Hi

I use openstack-newton on Ubuntu 16.04, i install magnum from source code, but its log not running. so i can't see errors.
When i create template it gives " InternalServerError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'find' "
