I found useful to share a quick status on where TripleO currently
stands with Squads.

https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/tripleo-squads

So far, we have been seeing 4 active squads:

- Upgrades
Regular meeting on Bluejeans where anyone in the community can join
and public notes are published after each meeting.
They have a mission statement and a liaison (marios).

- CI
Regular meeting on Bluejeans where anyone in the community can join
and public notes are published after each meeting.
We have a mission statement and a liaison (adarazs).

- CLI / UI
I'm not aware about any public meeting yet but if I missed it please correct me.
They don't have a clear mission statement yet and their liaison is jtomasek.

- Containers
No public meeting, no mission statement and no liaison yet.

Other squads mentioned in the etherpad are not really active yet.

Things are moving! That's great. I propose some next steps for the 4
active squads:
- (medium) document who is working in the squads (please put your name
in the etherpad).
- (high) document how to get involved in the Squad. It can be an
etherpad to start or a Wiki page. The idea is to welcome new
contributors in TripleO. Since each squad is specific to an area of
TripleO, we might want to document how to get involved on this area.
What is the knowledge to have before being able to commit. Document
where meetings happen and when, etc.

Please let me know if any help is needed, I would be happy to do so.
Thanks for the folks helping in this move, we hope it will help at
scaling the TripleO team!
