Open Stack

Hi all!

An impromptu conversation started between Omer and I about l4 and l7 load
balancers for serving Kubernetes workloads (both services and ingress
controllers) and we thought it would be nice to have more feedback on the
discussion, particularly from Octavia folks.

Omer kindly offered to have the discussion at 11:00 tomorrow in the
Dragonflow room Savannah 2 (level 2)[0].

Some of the topics to cover will be:

- Generic API for load balancing based on headers versus protocol drivers
- Octavia kubernetes compute driver
- Dragonflow Octavia implementation

We'll keep working on the etherpad leading up to the meeting for topics and
structure of the discussion.
