Sorry, but your message doesn't sound like a question. It sounds like a
polite proposal.

Please re-read your first mail in the thread. It is not about synchronizing
release notes at all. You are
asking about throwing Rally project out from Big Tent due to ourdated info
posted at https://releases.openstack.org.
Seriusly?

To finish this topic:

- As a Rally PTL, I do not want to drop the project out of Big Tent. At
least for now. Who knows what will happen
when you will extend bureaucracy someday...

- I'll update info at openstack/releases repo soon and will try to do it in
the right time while releasing new versions.

- Rally follows the rules described by:
  * http://docs.openstack.org/project-team-guide/release-managem
ent.html#independent-release-model
  *
http://docs.openstack.org/project-team-guide/release-management.html#release-process-for-other-projects

    > OpenStack projects following a cycle-independent model can ... push
signed tags by themselves.

- There are no reasons to continue discussion dropping Rally. I can start a
ton of topics like "Drop Nova" with similar "real"
  reasons.

- I'm not against the work done by OpenStack Release team. I had a good
experience with that while working in not-Rally projects.
