You can find the RC2 source code tarball at: https://tarballs.openstack.org/networking-ovn/networking-ovn-1.0.0.0rc2.tar.gz Unless release-critical issues are found that warrant a release candidate respin, this RC2 will be formally released as the final Newton release on 6 October. You are therefore strongly encouraged to test and validate this tarball!
