Here's the short term workaround: https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/c/2186/
For long term, we need to backport what we want from master to
tripleoclient, specially all the recent mistral changes.

So please, if you have a patch in tripleoclient that has been merged
since August 30th, please backport it to stable/newton.
