That relationship is in the job description, but making it a bit more
formal could be beneficial to some teams, as well as spread the stable team
load a bit (I have no ideal what their workload is line now).

I could also see the release steward role extending, informally, until that
release's EOL.  Maybe that should also be addressed, be it affirmative or
negative...
