[openstack-dev] [tricircle] MUST TO HAVE patches for tricircle cleaning

As suggested, it's better to put priority for each patch set, so patches are marked the the tags here according to our cleaning and splitting plan:

Urgent patches:
    No urgent patch yet.

MUST TO HAVE patches to get merged before the end of Oct.19:

Except the patch " Multi nodes installation", all other patches are in the queue of review for the Tricircle cleaning. After these patches get merged, we can have a first clean Tricircle baseline for networking automation, it's good to have a tagging for this baseline as a milestone.
