We'll propose TripleO Newton RC3 on Friday 11am (eastern time).

List of actions:
- Keep reviewing https://review.openstack.org/#/q/topic:tripleo/rc3+status:open
- Keep backporting bugfixes into stable/newton if required.
- Use ocata-1 milestone for new bugs, with newton-backport-potential
tag if backport is relevant.

After the release, I'll move RC3 bugs to Ocata-1 with the
newton-backport-potential tag.
We still have 5 days until the hard freeze, so still able to push for
a new tag next week, that would be our final Newton release.

I also would like to thank everyone, we did an outstanding job over
the last weeks to respect this schedule. Big kudos to the team here
:-)
