That's pretty doable and we could easily trial it.

I don't think we can send them everyday, twice might be doable.  I'd be happy
to to talk to Andrew (The CIVS maintainer/owner) about this.

FWIW I think it's very doable to insert a week between the nomination close and
the election open for the discussion.
