Hi Rob,

I just proposed a change that covers this, assuming that we keep the
one-week nomination one-week election format:

That said, the charter built some flexibility for election officials to
organize elections (in terms of nomination and election periods), so
they should probably confirm that they will run the Pike PTL elections
under that two-week model again.
