FWIW I'm fine with doing fewer meetings or just shifting the meetings to 
a time that is more accommodating for Tony. As noted, we do a pretty 
good job already of communicating via the mailing list when we need to. 
The stable team meetings have never been well attended even when I was 
running them regularly.
