Open Stack

Hi everyone, 

I'd like to nominate Arun Kant for the barbican-core team.

Arun has been a very active contributor to the project over the past
few years, implementing and seeing through major features like ACLs and
multiple secret store back-ends.  This includes providing all the
required API documentation.

He's also been active squashing bugs, and providing helpful and
insightful reviews.

As a reminder to barbican-core members, we use the voting process
outlined in https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Barbican/CoreTeam to add
members to our team.
