Hi team,

I would like to propose adding XiYuan Wang(wxy) and Hao Wang(wanghao) for the Zaqar core team. They have been awesome contributors since joining the Zaqar team about 6 months ago. And now they are currently the most active non-core reviewers on Zaqar projects for the last 90 days[1]. XiYuan has great technical expertise and contributed many high quality patches. Hao has got an good eye for review and contributed some wonderful patches. I'm sure they would make excellent addition to the team. If no one objects, I'll proceed and add them in a week from now.
