Open Stack

Hi everyone,

We will have the first meeting discussion on Common Flow classifier at 1700 UTC on openstack-neutron channel 5/17/2016. 
Based on our etherpad action item in the Austin Summit meeting, Louis and I have created a wiki page for this work, describing the work overview and API design guideline we have discussed in the summit. I have also uploaded a table comparing the FC rules used in security group and networking-sfc.
