Basically it looks like just the _configure_neutron_l3_agent got clobbered which could have broken people using neutron-legacy. I've been watching Zuul all afternoon, but oddly it didn't trigger any breakage in the gate so far. So, hopefully we can clean up my boo-boos quickly and pretend this never happened..... -- Sean M.
