Open Stack

Hello All,

During the summit we received feedback that many people from the US time
zone
would like to attend our IRC meetings.

Our current time is 0900 UTC which is good for Europe/Israel/China where
most
of our contributors come from.

If you are in the US and would like to participate in our IRC meeting,
please propose
a time on Monday that best fit you (please keep in mind it should be as
early as possible
for us all to be able to attend as well)

If we see there is a good enough interest we will start doing alternating
IRC meetings.
