I was able to bring up region one successfully. Now while bringing up region2, when I try to create keystone service while exporting OS_URL as the http://regionone:35357/v3.. it gives me an error "You are not authorized to perform the requested action: identity:create_service (HTTP 403)" anyone have any idea how to get past this? am i doing something wrong?
