Ahh I never run from good flame war;)

Just kidding ofc. I personally think this is brilliant and should be
somewhat tradition per release as we all deal with things like
upgrades and deployment changes (yes, I'm looking at you
nova-api-database).
Please consider me a volunteer from Kolla:)
