I did find two metrics that seem to be what you are looking for:

stats.timers.nodepool.job.gate-tempest-dsvm-ironic-pxe_ssh.master.ubuntu-trusty.runtime.mean
stats.timers.zuul.pipeline.check.job.gate-tempest-dsvm-ironic-pxe_ssh.*.mean
