Hi neutron-stable-maint members, yesterday we released neutron 7.1.0 tarballs. Those tarballs are the last ones that allowed patches that did not fulfil requirements of Phase II: "Phase II (6-12 months): Only critical bugfixes and security patches are acceptable” [1] For Neutron’s sake, at this point we may consider High+ bug fixes only.
