We have a few deliverables without any milestone tags for this
release cycle, yet (see the list below). They are at risk of being
excluded from the final release for failing to prepare releases
under the cycle-with-milestone release model.

Please propose 0b2 tags by the end of the day, or let us know
officially that you do not intend to include these deliverables
this cycle.
