Hi everyone,

As discussed in the community meeting yesterday [1] the foundation wishes each project to select a mascot for the project [2][3]. The mascot needs to be appropriate (please read the links for the constraints) and in some way linked to the project. We need to come up with a list of 3-5 options.

Options discussed and agreed as appropriate in the meeting yesterday:

  1. A Bull (links directly to Ansible’s mascot, although ours can be different).
  2. A Cape Buffalo (distinctive, and reasonably close to a Bull).

Please consider and reply with more options, explaining the link to the project so that we can all discuss the options at the next meeting to finalise our list.
