Hi All,

We will hold our weekly IRC meeting tomorrow (Tuesday, 11/07) at 1100
UTC in #openstack-smaug

***Please note the time and location change.****
Due to scheduling issue we will not be able to have the talk in the
usual time of 1500 UTC and thus will not have a meeting room.
I will try and have the logs pushed manually at a later time.
