[openstack-dev] [tc] Leadership training recap & steps forward

There is a new OpenStack channel, #openstack-swg (SWG stands for Stewardship Working Group). For more details, please see the draft resolution for the TC[1]. A proposal has also been made for group meeting time[2]. Please provide input there if you wish to participate.
