Hi Swati,

It looks designate_service_setup.yml
<https://github.com/sharmaswati6/designate_files/blob/master/openstack-ansible/playbooks/roles/os_designate/tasks/designate_service_setup.yml>
is
not currently included in your role's main play, so the keystone service,
user, and endpoint are not being created.
