[openstack-dev] multi-attach-volume for rbd

Multi-attach also happens during VM migration: (attach volume to
destination host, move VM to destination host, detach volume from source
host).  It's not clear if rbd's limitation affects this as well - it's not
clear from the bug report or the patch.
