Open Stack

Hi team,

Due to most of the team members will be on vacation in the next couple
of weeks, so we will cancel the next 3 meetings. And the first meeting
of 2017 will be 10th of Jan.

And I also proposed the new meeting time based on our poll, see
https://review.openstack.org/411564 If the patch is merged before 10th
Jan, then we will follow the new meeting time. Thanks.
