It has been pointed out that this change of license no longer qualifies
this driver to have CI run by openstack-infra. It is a requirement that
all Cinder backend drivers have a running third party CI to validate all

A new CI will need to be set up for this driver ASAP. If that is not
possible, the driver will be marked as not supported in this release and
removed in Pike.
