I'd just like to clarify something as I've been asked by several people
privately.  The gist of the question is:
    You're the Stable PTL if elected to requirements PTL what happens to Stable?

Frankly unless the community has a major objection to doing so I'm quite
willing to do the PTL roll for both projects.  There is considerable overlap
between the skills and (pun intended) requirements in both projects/rolls.
