[openstack-dev] pydotplus (taskflow) vs pydot-ng (fuel)

Hi Thomas,

If I'm not mistaken, pydot-ng [1] has been made by ex-fueler in order
to overcome some limitations of pydot ( and do not change much. If
pydotplus is alive project and do the same thing, I vote for using it
in Fuel.
