Open Stack

The release team is preparing for and traveling to the summit, just as
many of you are. With that in mind, we are going to hold off on
releasing anything until 2 May, unless there is some sort of critical
issue or gate blockage. Please feel free to submit release requests to
openstack/releases, but we'll only plan on processing any that indicate
critical issues in the commit messages.
