Hi! As you may know, there's an issue with access to swift for newly created users. Here's a bug [0]. As mentioned in a comment [1] it can be fixed by two different ways: 1. Add role SwiftOperator to all newly created users. 2. Add role __member__ to swift operator_roles parameter. So, I'd like to discuss which way is preffered, or is there a more prefferable solution.
