For reference, here are the proposed times again:
- E.1 Every two weeks (on even weeks) on Thursday at 1300 UTC in
#openstack-meeting (IRC webclient)
- E.2 Every two weeks (on even weeks) on Tuesday at 1500 UTC in
#openstack-meeting (IRC webclient)
- E.3 Every two weeks (on even weeks) on Friday at 1500 UTC in
#openstack-meeting-4 (IRC webclient)
- E.4 Every two weeks (on even weeks) on Thursday at 1600 UTC in
#openstack-meeting (IRC webclient)
- O.1 Every two weeks (on odd weeks) on Tuesday at 1400 UTC in
#openstack-meeting-4 (IRC webclient)
- O.2 Every two weeks (on odd weeks) on Wednesday at 1400 UTC in
#openstack-meeting-3 (IRC webclient)
- O.3 Every two weeks (on odd/even weeks) on Thursday at 1900 UTC in
#openstack-meeting (IRC webclient) – our regular meeting time
In last week's meeting agenda, Tang suggested changing O.3 to O.1 to better
suit his timezone. Rather than move both meetings earlier in the day, it
seems like having a bit more separation gives us better coverage. In the
initial poll, E.1 was an acceptable alternate to most who responded, I'd
propose that we look at E.1 and O.3 (the current time) to get better
coverage.
How does this sound? Tang, you specifically had E.4 mentioned, does
earlier on even weeks not work for you?
