Jaroslav,

I would suggest you to look at gnocchi instead of ceilometer for Horizon
integration. We (in Horizon) did not manage to deprecate ceilometer yet
[1], but that being said, Ceilometer is not the right tool for
displaying (lots of) metering data in horizon.
