Vikram,

Apologies for the late reply, the Mitaka release tasks took precedence and
I did not have the time to fully resume this effort though it's my
intention to come back to it in the next few days. To start with, I resumed
[1,2] to reflect the team decision made in [3]. Now that Newton has
started, and other repos of the same nature are available in openstack.org,
it makes sense to give power back to the individual teams to be fully in
charge of release and backport duties. Some of these projects were already
released as indicated in [4], and I'll work with the openstack release team
to clarify next steps for those that have not.

Thanks,
Armando
