which branch do you use?  there is not this problem in master branch.

There is a similar bug filed at Lauchpad for Havana https://bugs.launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/+bug/1351979 .However there is no fix and the work around  - using curl, mentioned on the bug is also not working for KILO...it was working for havana and Icehouse....any pointers...?
