The version we're currently running seems to get into a state where
it's continually garbage collecting within the JVM, system load
spikes up into the teens and performance suffers. So far we've been
restarting Gerrit when it gets itself into this state, which is of
course a terrible non-solution to the problem, but I'll see if I can
find any upstream bug reports and confirm whether this is solved in
the version for which we've been preparing to upgrade.
