The start of the election period was delayed by approximately 24 hours,
however we overlooked that when announcing the close date for the
election [1].

To ensure we conduct a valid election as outlined in the OpenStack
charter [2]  we are extending the voting deadline until
2015-09-25 23:59 UTC [3]
