Hi,

We had a request for this small spec [1] to be in Liberty. It addresses
the concerns around parallel scrubbing performance improvements. The
reason for asking for creating a spec was that it can rather affect
performance negatively in some cases and a config is to help fine tune
that. This will enable operators to run scrubber as per their
requirements. It is a borderline bug/spec for those who wish to look at
the details around such.

So, please vote your thoughts on FFE for this feature. We will decide
the fate of the same by tomorrow (Friday) EOD.
