Hi All,

Just a reminder that at the last IRC meeting [0] we decided a few things

1 - We are skipping 2 weeks or IRC meetings

2 - Due to the "big rename" [1] we are implementing a code freeze from
    the 10th -> 13th of November.

The core team should be online on Monday the 9th to push as many
patches through as possible. All patches proposed after the 10th that
are not in the correct topic will be getting a procedural -2.

This will be lifted on the 13th, but nearly all patches will need
manual rebasing post rename.

I realise that this may cause some issues, but this is a rename we
really need do. We have had a host of "interesting" code to work around
it, and I think now that the v1 API is actually depricated, we can
start.
