Denis Egorenko (degorenko) is working on Puppet OpenStack modules for
quite some time now.

Beside stats, Denis is always here on IRC participating to meetings,
helping our group discussions, and is always helpful with our community.

I honestly think Denis is on the right path to become a good core member
team, he has strong knowledge in OpenStack deployments, knows enough
about our coding style and his involvement in the project is really
great. He's also a huge consumer of our modules since he's working on Fuel.

I would like to open the vote to promote Denis part of Puppet OpenStack
core reviewers.
