TC decided that our team kick-off is a good use of cross-projects session

I'm attaching the draft document of performance testing methodologies we
have created inside Mirantis. It's still a draft, we'll include there
details about MQ and DB layers testing as well soon.

I will be very glad if you'll provide your feedback on this document and
tell what information do you expect to be included to the guide like that.
