[openstack-dev] [neutron] Proposing Assaf Muller for the Neutron Core Reviewer Team

My vote doesn't count but as an operator i'd give Assaf +100 for all the
great knowledge he has and shared through his blog - incredible source of
information for everyone who wants to understand in a dummy way how Neutron
does things.
