Perhaps:
 - no more frequently than weekly in the absence of brown-bag-fixups
   - to allow pbr-core to look for 'oh WAT no we're not doing that'
things slipping in due to review team de-sync.
 - Early in the week rather than late
   - to avoid surprises on weekends
